Why we cry…

First of all, how does Becks respond to Claire’s Challenge Becks (and is she a crier..? - still up for debate actually ;-))

  • Why crying is actually a good thing (for so many reasons!) 
  • Why and how we tend to always link crying to something negative, when actually there are so many positive things associated with it (and we also cry happy tears!). 
  • How to respond when a child is crying and whether we should show our children that we cry too. 
  • What we are teaching our children in the way we respond to their cries (and don’t forget that they will be looking after us when we are old 😉!)? 
  • Finally, some tips about how to manage our own stress around crying.
