Early Risers!

For Challenge Becks in this episode Claire tasks Becks with a scenario where she has a 14 month old that wakes at 5am – Becks has lots of experience of early risers with her own children but 14 years on what would she do now? 

They also discuss: 

  • How early is early?! 
  • Why children wake up early including a checklist of things to look for. 
  • Whether it’s OK to have a lie in for your little ones at the weekend if they choose to sleep in? 
  • If we should expect all children to sleep 7-7 regardless of their age and stage?
